Obituary for Josefina Garcia Meza
Mrs. Josefina Garcia Meza, age 54 of Diana, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 in Longview. Josefina was born in Valpraiso, Zacatecas, Mexico on August 19, 1967 to the Enrique Meza and Elisa Aleman. She was a devoted homemaker, and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She was a loving wife and mother, who loved spending time with her family, most especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father; one brother, and three sisters. She is survived by her mother, Elisa Meza Aleman; her loving husband of 32 years, Marco Antonio Garcia of Diana; sons, Efren Garcia and wife Chelsea of Longview, Marco Garcia, Luis Garcia, Eduardo Garcia all of Diana; daughter, Nancy Garcia of Diana; three brothers, one sister; four grandchildren, Michael Garcia, Layla Garcia, Julian Garcia, Emily Garcia. The family will receive friends on Monday December 20, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana, a mass to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Gilmer, Rev. Father Hector Arvizu officiating.
