Obituary for Farris Lynn Lack
Services for Farris Lynn Lack, 56, of Gladewater, will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, April 17, 2021, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Gilmer, Texas. Interment will follow at Kelsey Cemetery. Mr. Lack passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021, in Gladewater. Farris was born January 6, 1965, in Miami, Florida, to James Farris Lack and Bessie Elizabeth Trowbridge Lack. Farris married Donna Sue Butts, and enjoyed spending time with his wife and family. Farris was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Donna Lack; step-father, Steve McKelroy; daughter, Linda Nicole “Nicki” Taylor and wife, Asheley Taylor; brothers, Johnny Green and Frank Green; sister, Angie Swimmer; and grandchildren, Nickolas Lack and Elizabeth Powell. Visitation will be held 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, April 16, 2021, at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer.
