Services for Vickie Darlene Booth, 64, of Diana are scheduled for 10AM, Saturday, December 19, 2020 at New Hope Baptist Church. A visitation will be held 6PM to 8PM, Friday, December 18, 2020 at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Arrangements under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. She was ushered into the arms of Jesus at her home surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
Vickie was born November 14, 1956 in Clarksville, Texas, to Reverend Harold Gene and Johnnie Mae (Matthews) Williams. She worked as a medical administrative assistant and was a member of County Line Baptist Church. Vickie enjoyed crafting, cooking, painting and spending time with her family.
Vickie is survived by her husband of 40 years, James Booth, daughter, Meloni Morlen (Bobby Downs), daughter, Marci Pierce, son, Mark Morlen and wife Monica, daughter, Melissa Cooper and husband Shane, brother, Tommy Caldwell and wife Thelma, 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Catelynn Pierce.
