Shelia Dorthia Stanford

Gilmer – Shelia Dorthia Stanford of Gilmer, passed away Monday, May 3, 2021 at her home. She was born February 10, 1952, in Gilmer, Texas, to Billy Laverne McLendon and Francis Geraldine (Pruitt) McLendon. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends. Shelia was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Dana Henson, brother, Michael McLendon, longtime companion, Robert O’Flanagan, niece, Stephanie Morin, nephew, Bret McLendon, great nieces and nephews; Kaitlynn Morin, Kalye Morin, Hayden Morin and Jayden Morin.
Graveside Services will be held 10AM Friday, May 7, 2021, at Sand Hill Cemetery, in Upshur County.
