Laura Joe Weinzettle

DIANA: Graveside services for Laura Joe Weinzettle, 89, of Ore City will be at 1:00 P.M., Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Ore City Cemetery, with Sister Wedena Oliver officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. She passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 in Longview.

Mrs. Weinzettle was born November 13, 1927 in Willis, Texas to Allan and Ruby Gibbs. She married Milton Weinzettle, Sr. on May 18, 1947 and he preceded her in death on June 8, 2003. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.

She is survived by her children: Linda Williamson and husband Kenneth, Danny Weinzettle, Milton “Pete” Weinzettle and wife Tara, 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, and her son Larry Weinzettle on January 20, 1987.

The family will receive visitors on Saturday, January 21, 2017, 6-8 p.m. at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana.
