Memorial service for Larry Houston Shuffield, 75, of Dallas, will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016, at one o'clock in the afternoon at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer with Larry W. Osborne officiating.
Born on March 18, 1941, in Dallas, to L.C. and Isabel Shuffield of Gilmer, he entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 18, 2016. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law, Jim and Maxine Shuffield, Robert Shuffield, and Kevin and Pam Shuffield; nieces and nephews, Steven and Terri Shuffield, Shelly and Kevin Tijerina; and Traci and John McCraven; and great-nieces and nephews, Jordan and Jeremy McCraven.
No formal visitation is scheduled.
