Obituary for Lana Hamill Hennen
Services for Lana Hamill Hennen, 79, of Harleton, are scheduled for 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the Harleton United Methodist Church, arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, February 1, 2021 from 6-8PM at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Lana went to be with her heavenly Father on January 28, 2021 in Longview, Texas.
Lana was born on August 25, 1941 in Glen Rose, Texas to Grady and Myrtle (Mullins) Hamill. Lana worked many years as a legal secretary for a law firm in the Dallas area. She was a member of the Harleton United Methodist Church and was very involved in her community. She was a member of the Longview Garden Club, Daughters of The American Revolution, and Daughters of the Confederacy.
Lana is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Cary Hennen, son John Hennen and wife Cara, daughter, Karen Hennen and husband Van Harris, grandchildren, Damon Hennen and wife Haley, Dalton Hennen, and 3 great grandchildren; Olivia, Nora, and Serenity.. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Harleton United Methodist Church.
