Born on September 12, 1940, in Pennsylvania, he died on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. He worked in the saw mill industry.

He is survived by one daughter, Tena Smith, and three grandchildren, Mark Dickmeyer, Dustin Dickmeyer, and Shawna Campbell and husband, Russ.
