Gary Paul Loyd

Mr. Loyd was born August 4, 1950, in Ft. Worth to Leslie Paul and Virginia Elizabeth Jameson Loyd. He was owner of Loyd Flooring Covering and had lived in Gilmer over 25 years. He is survived by wife, Ann Loyd of Gilmer; daughter, Amy Lessing of Sealy; brother, John Loyd of Texarkana; sister, Sandy Loyd of Plano; step-son, Rodney Clark of Fouke, Arkansas; step-daughter, Jennifer Thompson of Jefferson; four grandchildren, Jake Loyd, Sara Loyd, Kyla Wood and Bradley Wood and two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be John Hubbard, Chris Davis, Danny Hurt, Tony Joe Pinckard, Terry Mayes and Nick Loyd. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dave Lefebbre, Frank Holley, Sonny Simms and Tommy Johns.
