Forrest Brent Baker

Forrest Brent Baker, 76, of Gilmer passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at his home. A memorial service for Forrest will be held 3:00PM, Sunday March, 17, 2019 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Ore City. Dinner will follow at 4:00PM at the Ore City Community Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana.

Forrest was born November 30, 1942 to James Wesley Baker and his wife Winneford Ann Williams in Houston, Texas. He worked as a brick mason and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of over 56 years Elaine Baker, his son Shannon Brent Baker, grandchildren, Rebecca Baker, Zackery Barker and Chase Baker. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Stephanie Dawn Baker
