Brenda Gail Fulton Poole

Services for Brenda Gail Fulton Poole will be held Saturday, January 27th at 2:00 p.m. with a visitation an hour prior at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana, Texas. Brenda was born July 12, 1950 in Hope, Arkansas to the late Burl Fulton and Arlene Pickett. She was an accomplished professor of English and Spanish and carried a dual Masters. Her teaching took her around the world, where her charming personality won her into the hearts and lives of many people. Our mother was known for her sweet personality and her quirky, eccentric ways. She passed away in her sleep at her home Thursday, January 18th at the age of 67. She now sits at the feet of Christ, undoubtedly praising him in every tongue imaginable. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends and we long for the time when we will be reunited. She is survived by her children, David and Melanie Goodwin; Kelly and Jay Brooks; brothers James Fulton and Robert Fulton; sister Betty Hall; Six grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
