Bobby Dale Tomme

DIANA: Services for Bobby Dale Tomme, 82, of Longview will be at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, December 9, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Diana, with Brother Randy Stuard officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana. Interment will follow at Reed Cemetery. He passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in Longview.

Bobby was born May 25, 1935 in Kilgore, Texas to Robert Lee and Addie Viola Tomme. On April 5, 1953, he married Patricia Sue Taylor and they lived in Diana for 50 years where he was owner of Architectural Marble Co. He retired from Texas Eastman Chemical Company. Bobby was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia, sons and daughters-in-law: David and Lynette Tomme of Colorado Springs, CO., and Mike and Kim Tomme of Bryan, TX, daughters and sons-in-law: Suzy and Garry Grubbs of Longview, Cindy and Ralph Romaguera of Metairie, LA, and Liz Wilkinson of Garland, brothers ans sisters-in-law: Steve and Judy Tomme and Phil and Elizabeth Tomme, sister: Deloris Wilkinson, grandchildren: Dustin and Jenny Tomme, Deedra and John Ivey, Britney and Bryan Bateman, Brooke and Mark Morrison, Taylor and Tristan Sopish, J.C. and Christina Grubbs, Jacob and Jennifer Grubbs, Kymberli McKanna, Kyle and Jax McKanna, Ralph Jr. and Danielle Romaguera, Ryan and Stacey Romaguera, Carol and Roch Eshleman, Liddy and Drew Deacon, Amy Sims and James Richardson, Jon Davis, Kristi & Jeremy Bates, Tiffany Davis and 33 Great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Viola Tomme, son: Billy Tomme, and sisters: Ann Wilkinson and Dorothy Oliver.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, December 8, 2017, 6-8 p.m. at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana.
